Acceptance of Terms of Service

Exchange Your Links, Get Quality Backlinks submission services are offered under the terms and conditions outlined below, which may change in the future and without notice to you.

Exchange Your Links, Get Quality Backlinks reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any or all of this agreement. By completing the submission form and clicking the "Continue" button, you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by this agreement.

Description of Services

Exchange Your Links, Get Quality Backlinks provides free of charge and fee based editorial review and consideration of your web site for inclusion into the Exchange Your Links, Get Quality Backlinks. By submitting a web site with a fee based editorial review, you acknowledge that the fee is for the review and consideration of your web site and does not guarantee inclusion within the directory. You further agree that if your web site is accepted, your continued inclusion is subject to an annual editorial review and fee.

Exchange Your Links, Get Quality Backlinks will complete feed based editorial review and respond to your request within two (2) business days from the date of the confirmation of payment, excluding holidays and any delays associated with accessing your web site or processing your request.

Nothing in this agreement obligates Exchange Your Links, Get Quality Backlinks to accept, list or link to your site from anywhere on the directory. You further acknowledge that if accepted, nothing in this agreement obligates Exchange Your Links, Get Quality Backlinks to place your site as suggested in regards to title, description or specific category.

Guidelines for Submission

You are NOT buying a link, any fees above are review fees and DO NOT guarantee a listing, however, if a link is not accepted we will make a full refund of any paid review fee.

Choose the best fitting category that reflects the content of your site. It is not just a question of where you would like your site to be listed in, but where it should be. Submitting to the wrong category slows editorial review and will cause your site not to be listed on time.

Include a quality description of your web site. Avoid grammatical mistakes and errors. Do write a 100% unique description of your web site of minimum 300 caracters. Web site description must be well wrote and the most desciptive possible. We will check if the description is unique.

DO NOT submit your site if:

• it is under construction or have broken links;
• it contains nothing more than links to third party web sites;
• it contains adult, warez, racism, pornographic & illegal content;
• it contains informations, methods, pricing structures which may mislead the visitor;
• it contains keyword stuffed, HTML comments tags or metadata abuse;
• it offers poor content, no original content, poor design;
• it has no english version / title and description not in english;
• it is made for adsense or any other types of ads;
• it contains only affiliate ads, sites or programs;
• it utilizes excessive pop-up or pop-under advertising.

Terms

We reserve the right to edit the title and description if found to have error, too promotional and excessive use of capitalize character.

We reserve the right to remove your listing without prior notification.
